ПОХОДКА ОТ ХВОСТА.
( Современная сказка.)
Жили-были три подружки.
Красивые, умные, одевались неплохо. Должны бы быть невесты нарасхват.
Ан, нет. Никто их в упор не видит. Потенциальные женихи проходят как мимо пустого места. До ухаживаний вообще не доходит.
А хочется.
А уже пора.
А уже давно пора.
А уже скоро поздно будет.
Непонятная ситуация.
Маялись, маялись подружки. И присоветовали им люди сходить к психологу. Есть, говорят, такой, чудеса творит. — “Вот, вот, чудо нам и надо!”
Пришли все втроем. Психолог им понравился. Калированный такой, седовласый. Чем-то похож на батюшку. И голос особенный, умиротворяющий. Такой всю правду скажет, все объяснит, поможет. И, представьте себе, помог.
“А пройдитесь девицы-красавицы по комнате. И это вы так обычно ходите? Да кто ж на вас глянет, если вы идете как кошка с поджатым хвостом? — Не замечали? А людям ох как заметно.” То есть, перепуганная, неуверенная в себе, закомплексованная. Ну кому такая нужна? Всем нужна королева.
Наша кошка королева.
Хвост направо, хвост налево,
Ходит кошка не спеша.
Ну, уж больно хороша.
Итак, упражнение: Вы идете по улице. И мысленно видите, что у вас сзади пушистый хвост, победно поднятый вверх. И с этим роскошным хвостом вы ходите. Ощущаете эту роскошь. “Другим достался худенький хвостик, а у меня… А у меня!”
И вот. Позиция: пышный хвост вверх. 24 часа в сутки. Без перерыва на обед, на сон, на поплакать. Хвост пушистый, как у белки. И вверх, и вверх. Почувствуйте.
Вроде бы просто. А жизнь поменялась. “Спасибо тебе, седовласый мудрец. У нас теперь осанка королевская, походка от бедра (от хвоста, то есть). Кавалеры засматриваются.”
А как же не засмотреться на такой хвост?
И кто сказал, что его не видно?
