МЕХА.
Говорят, женщины любят меха.
И я раньше любила.
У мамы было две шикарные шубы. Я их с детства примеряла. Особенно любила прижиматься щекой к воротнику. Мягкому, шелковистому. Просто таяла от нежности.
А животных у нас никогда не было. У мамы была аллергия. Вот никого живого я никогда и не гладила. Смотрела со стороны. Знала, что трогать нельзя. Мало ли какая зараза прицепится. Так и прожила полжизни: животных не знала, носила меха. Ну, в общем, как большинство женщин.
А потом произошло судьбоносное событие: я нашла на снегу котенка. Маленькая кошечка с холодными лапками была сказочной красоты. Я ее только спасла. А все остальное она сделала сама. Она поменяла мою жизнь. Она вошла на бархатных лапках в мое сердце. Я узнала, что такое кошка. Чудо бархатное, нежное и своенравное. Яркая индивидуальность.
Своя кошка – это совсем не то, что чужие. Она живет в доме. Она чистенькая. Она сидит у тебя на плече, а ты прижимаешься к ней щекой и таешь от нежности.
И вдруг меня пронзило осознание. А шуба? Шуба с мягким воротником, которую я ношу. Она не из воздуха взялась. Этот мех когда-то носила пушистая красавица. Нежная, капризная, кокетливая. А ее убили. Чтобы я могла носить шубу. Вот такую красавицу, как сидит у меня на плече и греет живым мехом.
Это был удар в самое сердце. Я никогда больше не носила натуральный мех.
Не могу сказать, что я активно присоединилась к зеленым. Но отношение к миру явно поменялось.
Сколько людей живет как во сне.
Но ведь мы люди!
Или еще не совсем?
А они так в это верят…
